Science in Action!

IND Unit Spotlight: Creativity in Full Bloom!

Our IND students have been busy bringing their imaginations to life through two exciting projects that blend creativity, storytelling, and critical thinking.

First up: Pumpkin People! Students are designing their very own “pumpkin person,” complete with unique traits, hobbies, and backstories. This fun and festive activity encourages students to stretch their imaginations while developing character-building and narrative writing skills.
Meanwhile, students have also been diving into the world of comics using the Sunday Times classic, “For Better or For Worse.” Through group discussions and sequencing activities, they’ve been analyzing storylines and sharpening their storytelling abilities—all while having a blast with comic strips!
These engaging lessons are helping our students grow as writers, thinkers, and creators.

Way to go, IND team!
